Owner, Rory Howland is a general contractor who has been building and remodeling homes in the Santa Cruz area. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Business. He has completed the “advanced certified green building professional” training through Build It Green. As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, he remains an active member of our local community. His goal for each construction project is to minimize the impact on our natural resources by implementing Green Building practices.
